She is an alumnus of highly respected institutions in Nigeria and the UK.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (University of Benin), Post-Graduate Diploma in Maritime Law (Lagos State University) and Master of Science Degree in Corporate Governance from the Leeds Metropolitan University, UK.
She holds the United Kingdom’s Chartered Management Institute’s Certificate in Strategic Direction and Leadership (Level 8) and a Diploma in Management Consultancy.

Mrs. Igbako, the Managing Partner of the Firm, has acquired tremendous experience in handling transactions with public and private international as well as local institutions and bodies.

Over the years, she has anchored our transactions with organizations such as the European Union (EU), United Nations Development Program (UNDP), the Consortium of Korea National Oil Corporation, Owel Petroleum Services Limited, Equator Exploration Limited and ONGC Videsh of India; providing legal and advisory support in complex dispute resolutions, drafting and vetting of contracts, employments and real estate agreements, that would ensure that transactions with the local communities and persons do not run into difficulties.

Mrs. Igbako has been a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria since 1990. She is a Notary Public, an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and Coordinator, Abuja Chapter, Women’s International Shipping and Trading Association (WISTA).
